Frequently Asked Questions

Why haven't I received my order yet?

The usual reason is that you've ordered one or more Special Order, PreOrder or BackOrder items. When you placed the order (on our new site) you should have received an email indicating that one or more items are out of stock. To save on shipping, we hold your order until all items are available and then they get posted out together. If you want you items shipped as they arrive, please contact us to organise a split delivery and any excess delivery charge.

 

Why do you ask my date of birth in the registration form?

As part of our customer loyalty system, once you've placed an order, you'll receive a special voucher on your birthday each year after that. You voucher will be emailed to you and also placed in your Vouchers section of your My Account details. If you've placed an order and your registered birthday has passed without a voucher, please contact us and we'll sort it out for you!

 

Why do the dates keep changing on Preorder items?

Unfortunantly when it comes to having items manufactured, we are at the mercy of our suppliers. We also want to ensure that our products are A1 quality, so occasionally delays occur. We'll try to keep you posted via email or through our Announcements page. Rest assured, we're doing everything we can to get your goods to you on time.

Do you provide a Tax Invoice and are you registered for GST??

Yes and yes! Your past invoices are available in your 'My Account' and are available on request. Geocachestore is part of Sitefx Online Pty Ltd and are registered for GST since July 1st 2009
